About HeroIRL
I believe that true health is available to everyone. I've spent 15+ years trying to understand exactly what that looks like in practice.
My path has taken me from 2 college degrees in Health Promotion & Fitness and Nursing, through more than 10 professional certifications, to emergency rooms across the United States. From small rural hospitals in little farm towns to Yale’s Level 1 Trauma Center. I’ve worked in big name gyms, as the lead Metabolic Specialist, Strength Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer.
I've seen health at its most fragile and at its most resilient, and that contrast has shaped everything I do.
Outside of clinical and training work, I've invested deeply in my own growth. Through years of personal therapy, relationship therapy, and reading over 100 books on topics of psychology, wellness, self-help, and the science of behavior change.
What all of that has taught me is this: wellbeing isn't a destination you arrive at, and it’s certainly not a quick fix; it's a practice you build. This takes self-understanding, honest effort, and a mindset that can hold both the hard days and the hopeful ones.
I’ve been building this practice for myself for most of my life.
And now, I’m here to share it with you.
